This healthy 5-year-old boy developed migratory swelling of the ankles and wrists and widespread recurrent purpuric papules with a predilection for the extensor surfaces of the arms and legs and the back. He also complaineed of scrotal and scalp swelling. His blood pressure and urinalysis were normal. The skin rash began to clear after 3 weeks.
