Comments

This healthy 5-year-old boy developed a widespread itchy hyperpigmented papulosquamous eruption most densely distributed on his arms and legs. Lesions were confluent on the ankles and wrists. Note the white reticulated patches within the confluent plaques on the wrists and ankles suggestive of Wickham striae. His mouth, nails, and scalp were not involved.
