Comments

This adolescent girl developed multiple symmetric small hypopigmented macules on the flexural surfaces of her arms and legs. Her mother (see related images) had similar lesions. In light pigmented individuals this eruption tends to appear in sun exposed areas. In dark pigmented individuals macules may be prominent in sun exposed as well as clothing covered areas.
