Bullous impetigo developed in the left leg of a toddler with a history of recurrent insect bites. He responded quickly to an oral antistaphylococcal antibiotic. Note that the lesions are of varying sizes and loosely aggregated unlike cutaneous Herpes simplex infections in which the vesicles are usually tightly clustered and uniform in size.
