This 6 year old boy developed multiple expanding superficial vesicles, pustules, and bulla with central crusting. His brother (see related images) and subsequently 5 other siblings developed similar lesions. All members of the family with impetigo were treated with oral cephalexin with rapid clearing of the rash.
