This 13-month-old girl had linear and swirled urticarial papules and vesicles at birth. The lesions crusted over, subtle hyperpigmentation developed in some areas on the flanks, and linear hypopigmented atrophic scars appeared on the legs. She was healthy with normal growth and development, a normal eye examination, and several cone shaped teeth.
