Comments

This healthy 3-year-old boy demonstrates chronic and recurrent insect bite reaction. Note the linear clusters of papules typical of "breakfast, lunch, and dinner" grouping of lesions. The eruption was limited to exposed areas, and some lesions on his arms developed surrounding eczematous changes.
