Comments

This 16-year-old girl developed a fever and several painful necrotic bullae on her arms and legs 3 days after her last menstrual period. A cervical culture was positive for Neisseria gonorrhea, and she was treated initially with broad spectrum parenteral antibiotics and then high dose penecillin.
