This healthy 7-year-old girl developed nontender papules and plaques along Blaschko lines on her left fourth and fifth fingers and lateral hand with associated edema and nail dystrophy. The lesions were not symptomatic and her fingers were normally functional. The erythema and edema improved somewhat with topical super high potency topical steroids.
