Comments

This healthy 6-year-old girl developed recurrent itchy red edematous papules with central vesicles during the last 3 springs and summers. The lesions healed with hyperpigmentation during the winter months. The linear organization of these lesions is known as "breakfast, lunch and dinner" typical of flea bite hypersensitivity reactions.
