A 48 year old man with a history of chronic actinic damamge and immunosuppression associated with renal transplantaiton developed a rapidly growing pink tumor with a central dimple filled with scale. He has had multiple squamous cell carcinomas and keratoacanthomas on sun exposed sites since his renal transplant 10 years earlier.
