Comments

This 27 year old man was unable to walk when the keratoderma on his feet developed painful cracking and fissuring particularly during the dry winter months. A sibling and his father had similar thickening of the palms and soles which improved with lubricants and topical keratolytics.

marked yellowish thickening of the skin with adherent scale, cracking, and fissuring
