This 64-year-old man with Darier disease since adolescence complained of recurrent red crusted plaqes on the trunk and face for 1 month. He cleared within several weeks with oral acitretin 25 mg/day.

Description

longitudinal red and white lines extending from near the base of the nail to the free edge of the nail plate, V-shaped notching of the free edge, and onycholysis
