This 38-year-old woman with severe anemia was noted to have pale skin and koilonychia.

Description

38 year old female patient presented with symptoms of severe anaemia. on examination she was found to have severe pallor and koilonychia. Investigations revealed that she had severe iron deficiency anaemia due to long standing menorrhagia.
