This 9-month-old girl developed widespread relapsing and remitting hermorrhagic crustred indurated plaques on the face, scalp, extremities and trunk including the diaper area associated with recurrent fever, lymphadenopathy, hepatosplenomegaly, and pancytopenia. A skin biopsy showed a characteristic infiltrate of histiocytes in the dermis and epidermis.
