Three years earlier this 55 year old woman developed itchy hypopigmented patches and plaques scattered over her body. The areas of involvement were dry, scaly, hypoaesthetic, and hairless. For the last 2 years she has been treated with oral antibiotics with improvement of existing lesions and no new lesions.
