Comments

This 71-year-old woman had a 9 year history of generalized dermal plaques and subcuraneous nodules that occasionally ulcerated and spontaneously resolved. Skin biopsies were consistent with a peripheral T-cell lymphoma. She failed to respond to several courses of systemic chemotherapy and was under consideration for oral bexarotene or denileukin difitox. She had no evidence of systemic disease by physical examination, review of systems, or laboratory findings.
