A 56-year-old woman consulted her dermatologist for evaluation of porcelain-white plaques located on her arms and presternal area. A biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of lichen sclerosus. No lesions were found on the mucosal areas.

discrete and confluent white papules forming a 5 cm plaque with fine overlying scale, reticulated erythema and hyperpigmentation at the borders
