Comments

These young men developed asymptomatic uniform lichenoid papules on the penis. Although not seen here, koebnerization of papules particularly in a linear organization often provides a clue to the diagnosis. Lesions may become widespread, and should be distinguished from lichen planus in which pruritic purple polygonal papules are the rule.
