This 4-year-old boy developed a slowly progressive asymptomatic papular eruption on his face and trunk a year earlier that spread to the extremities. In some areas, especially on the arms and legs, an isomorphic phenomenon was apparent.

symmetric disseminated uniform 2 mm flat topped hypopigmented papules some in a linear organization typical of an isomorphic phenomenon
