This 3-year-old girl was referred for evaluation of a "new hemangioma" on the right labia minora. Her mother discovered the lesion after finding blood stains in her underwear. The child was healthy and complained only of occasional pruritus. Note the hypopigmented atrophic skin involving the inner aspect of the labia majora, the labia minora, and the clitoris. There is a small resolving hematoma on the superior aspect of the right labia minora.
