This adolescent boy from Baltimore developed red macules followed by linar splotchy hyperpigmented patches on the hands, arms, chest,abdomen, and flanks at the end of a Carribean vacation 3 days ago. Although some of the patches were itchy initially, the lesions were not symptomatic. He did confess to sucking and squeezing over 20 limes shortly before the end of the vacation
