This 5 year old girl's mother noted white patches and bruising in her daughter's genital area after finding blood in the girl's underwear. The symmetric atrophy and hypopigmentation with scattered hemorrhage from minor trauma is typical of lichen slcerosus et atrophicus of the vulvae.
