A 53-year-old man who remembered a tick bite 3 days earloer, developed an annular erythematous plaque on the left side of his abdomen. Skn biopsy revealed superficial and deep perivascular lymphocytic infiltrate. He was treated with oral doxycycline, and the Lyme titer turned positive 3 weeks later.
