Comments

This 9-year-old boy was initially evaluated for fever 10 days ago. He had a single mouth ulceration and was diagnosed with a possible enteroviral infection. He returned for evaluation of multiple anular plaques on the trunk, but he was feeling well and the fever had resolved. He lived in a tick infested area and was treated with oral doxycycline with rapid resolution of the skin eruption. Look carefully to identify the lesions scatterd on his back and arms. Don't be distracted by his innocent pigmented nevi.
