Some of these crusted gray papules were present on the thigh of this 10 year old girl at birth. The papules were gradually increasing in size and number. Minor trauma to the lesions resulted in recurrent weeping of serosanguinous fluid. Examination of her thigh revealed hypertrophy of the underlying soft tissue and prominent cordlike veins and lymphatic vessels.
