This 25-year-old man had an extensive lymphatic malformation involving the left scrotum, thigh, leg, and foot which was noted at birth. He applied a compression dressing to the leg to minimize edema and decrease leakage of lymph fluid.

edematous pale purple foot with clusters of skin colored thick walled 1-2 mm vesicles, yellow and scaly toe nails
