Comments

This 54-year-old woman, with a family history of lymphedema, developed progressive lymphedema with elephantiasis of the lower extremities following her first pregnancy 20 years ago. Despite aggressive skin care, she has had multiple episodes of cellulitis requiring systemic antibiotics. She has had increasing difficulty walking and complains of persistent weeping from the lesions on the top of her right foot.

Description

3 mm to 3 cm papules and nodules many on a pink base with dramatic edema and generalized thickening of the skin
