A 2 week old infant developed progressive disseminated hemorrhagic bullae over much of the skin surface. He receivedsystemic steroids and intensive volume and pressor support in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit for several weeks. Although he continues to develop new blisters, they are more limited and he was discharged home on oral antihistamines and tapering oral steroids.
