This healthy 6-week-old boy was noted to have a midl ine ulcer on the abdomen at brith. At 6 weeks of age was covered with granulation tissue and by 4 months a flat mid line vertical scar was noted. Mid line cutaneous abdominal malformations are rarely associated with malformations of the heart and major vessels.
