Comments

At an examination 3 months after starting a tapering course of oral steroids, this 13 year old girl with extensive epidermolysis bullosa acquisita associated with systemic lupus erythematosus appeared well without active skin lesions. Skin lesions resolved with residual hyperpigmentation on her arms and legs and diffuse milia on the tops of her hands and fingers.
