Comments

This healthy adolescent developed asymptomatic blue-green patches on her arms and legs one year after starting minocycline for acne. She had been on the oral antibiotics for almost 3 years. A punch biopsy from her leg demonstrated pigmentation characteristic of minocycline hyperpigmentation.
