Comments

This 5-year-old girl had follicular eczema and molluscum. Note the hypopigmented accentuated follicular papules resulting from rubbing and scratching and the somewhat larger papules with a central dell typical of molluscum. On dermoscopy the molluscum lesions are recognized as multiple polylobular white to yellowish amorphous structures in the center of the lesions with a surrounding crown of vessels which do not cross the center of the lobules. Dermoscopic images were taken with DermLite II hybrid m by 3Gen and Sony Cybershot DSC-W350 14.1 MP Digital Camera.
