This 6-year-old girl had a 4 week history of hive-like papules on her arn, axilla, and lateral trunk. She also complained of arn and neck pain at night. A skin biopsy showed changes consistent with the inflammatory stage of morphea. This case was prepared by Yolanda N. Gray, a third year student at the Univetsity of Mississippi School of Medicine.
