This 72-year- old man with 1 year history of erythroderma and 3 month history of generalized prurutis,no loss of appetite or weight loss,on examination there was generalized lymphadenopathy and edema which was more of subcutaneous in nature.His blood work up initially revealed 86 percent lymphocytes as oppose to 2 percent neutrophils.LDH was 478 reasonable for aggressive disease.
