Comments

This healthy 22-year-old woman developed slowly progressive plaques on her shins when she was 6 years old. A glucose tolerance test was normal, and she denied a family history of diabetes mellitus. Topical steroids produced minimal improvement.

large, symmetric, well demarcated, atrophic, fibrotic yellowish-reddish-brown plaques with overlying telangiectasias
