Comments

This healthy 11-year-old girl awoke the morning after swimming in a hot tub with painful nodules on her palms. She complained of decreased appetite, not feeling well, and developed red streaks extending proximally on the flexural wrists. She improved quickly on ciprofloxacin and avoidance of the hot tub and excessive wetting of her palms.
