This 2 year old boy was evaluated for a medium sized innocent appearing congenital pigmented nevus of the frontal scalp that was associated with prominent dark pigmented hairs. He also had a small 1 cm yellow hairless plaque on the mid scalp near the vertex typical of a nevus sebaceous. He was healthy and developing nor,ally.
