This healthy 10-year-old girl had a congenital white forelock with underlying depigmentation and scattered depigmented patches on her legs with normally pigmented and hyperpigmented macules within. Her father, maternal uncle, and other members of the father's family had similar lesions. There was no family history of hearing loss or other associated findings.
