This 38 year old woman developed progressive crusting on her face, trunk and extremities. Her mucous membranes were spared. She failed to respond to multiple treatments including high dose longterm steroids. She was admitted to the hospital for plasmaphoresis and high dose intravenous cyclophosphamide.
