A young woman applied an emollient containing a topical photosensitizer before going to the swimming pool last summer. She developed multiple linear and angulated red macules and patches some of which blistered. Over 5-7 days the blisters healed leaving peeling scale and bronze macules and patches on her legs, back and chest.
