This infant demonstrated a triangular shaped congenital depigmented patch on the mid forehead and scalp with a broad hypopigmented edge and white hair. He also had a depigmented patch on his right leg with hyperpigmented macules scattered within. His father, grandfather, and multiple family members had similar lesions.
