Comments

This healthy adolescent boy had multiple variably shaped pigmented nevi some with fuzzy borders. He had a halo nevus on the left shoulder and residual hypopigmentation from a halo nevus which disappeared on the mid back.

Description

primarily truncal round to oval brown leathery 2 mm-1 cm papules and plaques some with fuzzy borders and irregular shapes and a 1 cm oval hypopigmented macule on the mid back.
