A light complected 52 year old man with a long history of sun exposure complained enlarging red patches on both sides of his neck. Note the sharp line of demarcation at his shirt collar. He denied using cologne or after shave lotion on his neck. The telangiectasias on the right side of his neck were less prominent that the left.
