This 32-year-old woman developed an itchy papulovesicular eruption in sunexposed areas including the tops of her hands, forearms, face, neck, and upper chest one month earlier. She had a histoty of excessive sunexposure prior to the eruption. She improved with sun protection measures, protective clothing, topical steroids and betacarotene.
