An 11 year old boy developed a few scaly papules on his hips that blossomed over 7 days into a widespread symmetric papulosquamous eruption with the most dense papules in the groin and underwear area. Lesions spread to his distal extremities and the underside of his chin and neck.

Description

symmetric multiple red to purple round to oval 0.3-1.5 cm papules, the larger of which demonstrate a central trailing collarette of scale
