At birth this infant with prune belly syndrome was noted to have an ulcer covered by a thin membrane in the suprapubic area. Other findings included cryptorchidism, nonobstructive dilatation and dysplasia of the urinary tract, pulmonary hypoplasia, and dysmorphic kidneys.
