Two months ago this 40-year-old man developed mildly pruritic scaly brightly erythematous plaques on the face, neck, trunk and extremities. He also complained of nonprogressive depigmentation of his lips and extremities for 5 years. The erythematous plaques showed an Auspitz sign. He was treated with photochemotherapy (PUVA) to which his psoriasis responded, but the vitiligino did not improve.
