This 45-year-old man with a 2 year history of plaque psoriasis developed generalized erythema and scaling 2 weeks ago.He complained of easy fatigability and difficulty walking. His eruption and symptoms improved dramatically following a week of twice daily application of mid potency topical steroid ointment and frequent applications of a bland emollient.
