Comments

This 12-year-old bone marrow transplant recipient developed a high fever and generalized edematous red pustular eruption. Lesions started on the trunk and proximal extremities and generalized. She developed edematous plaques on her palms and soles. Although in most patients with AGEP the pustules are usually non-follicular, many of her pustules were follicular. The eruption slowly improved when her vancomycin was discontinued.
